Red Pine Cottages built a beautiful A-frame cottage in 2022 specifically as a short term vacation rental. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with an open concept and high ceilings in the living area. A wood stove, hot tub and all the modern amenities make this the perfect home away from home.

OBJECTIVE - As a start-up, Red Pine Cottages needed a full portfolio of images to use in online listings and on social media. We work with them throughout the year to continuously add images, as seasons change, and so that they have new content to showcase their beautiful cabin year round.

IMPACT - 2.5 years into business, their occupancy rate is now 30% higher than their competitors and they’ve organically accumulated 3.1K Instagram followers. Their Airbnb listing also gets 20x higher click-through rate than their competitors.
